Finally finnished!

This is my entery for ’s contest.

I had a lot of fun while working on this and I’m quite proud of how it came out. It was a lot of work but it was all worth it.
I wanted a cartoon feeling so I went for that.

I’m from Sweden so naturally our national animal is the moose. So I decided to ad a bunch of them enjoying a day at a Swedish beach.
I included two of the five symbols in this. The first one is on the swimming male moose’s horn; the second is located in the book the adult Moose lady is reading.

On the ball beside the moose lady is a so called dalahäst. It’s very popular here in Sweden and is one of our symbols. Usually they have a saddle and reins but it was so small I had trouble painting those details here.

The “cape” that the moose child is wearing is in fact the Swedish flag. By the looks of him he is pretending to be a Swedish power or something like that, while the other one watches on.

For the water and sand I used watercolour pencils and drew a brush to make it more even.
The rest was done with colour pencils and ink.

If ya se anything that could be improved don’t be afraid to tell me, I won’t bite.
