In there, Jefferson (Max's adoptive father and N-tek's leader) and two soldiers are exploring an abandoned Bio-Con's laboratory, after the death of the villain; They find many bizarre mutant creatures in there, all inside containment tubes. It was all ok, until one of the agents accidentally pulled a lever, what freed Elementor. The monster assumed his water form, defeated the agents and left Jefferson trapped inside the lab (which was flooding) to die; Fortunately Max arrived at the place just in time to save his dad, but Elementor had already left.
