Port to xps by me

I don't like this character but the port looked easy, and since I have not seen any model of him, then I also did it for those who do like him.
Maybe I use the model for parodies (well, maybe I just exported him for that lol) also the collaboration didn't have many characters unfortunately, I think at least another one was needed.
