Well, the way I see it, it's partly because of how bad the reboot did against the fandom in general, I don't know what expectations Capcom had in sales at that time because DMC4 before DMC5 came out was the best-selling game of the saga, (now it is still the second) I think it was not a good decision to reboot the saga just because some did not like Nero, I do not know what other reason they had other than that XDD

Nor do I know why, even though almost all the games in the saga were in the top 100 best sellers of the company, it seemed that they wanted to bury it...

Anyway, looks like after they decided to launch DMC4SE I remember noticing a good reception from the fandom and because of that I think Itsuno started to pressure Capcom to let him do DMC5.

In conclusion this makes me suppose that in the case of this saga they care a lot about the opinion of the fandom more than that of the money, which is something strange (?) XDD
