As long as your phone is a smartphone capable of loading a webpage that uses PHP, Javascript, and HTML5, the site should display and function for you. It may be a little more clunky, though.

Thanks for the kind words! Flight Rising will be a web-based activity site with dragon breeding, mini-games, and lots of things to collect. It can be accessed from a standard internet browser.
