Description
Finally, here is my third and last look from the final round of the Iron Wigs contest!! C:When trying to decide what wig to style that could use a tutorial, I thought back to the fact that there HAS been one question I get far more than the others, and that's about how I put volume into my wigs (and spikes) without the use of foam core. I mentioned this before with the Tai challenge, but I really love using only hair when I can. I just love the way a fluffy wig looks, it just gives your wig a slightly more realistic element than having everything shellacked down (even though there's a time and place for that, too! Hello, Linebeck wig!).
So I took two Jareth Long's and wefted them together, which I also talk about in my tutorial. My most frequent comment on my Sora wig photos is "what do you MEAN you put two wigs together?!" so hopefully I was able to give some insight on that, as well as the different ways that you can add wefts to your base wig- through sewing, and through flexible, clear-drying glue.
I was originally going to go for a huge kitty cat wig, but then as I began to work with teasing the bangs and different spikes, the wig just started to SCREAM cute demon gal at me, so I made a last minute decision to change everything and I made two lil devil horns to go on top! And I'm glad I did, it turned out really fun!!

I meant love, all three of your submissions are just too fantastic for words, I thought commenting on each one would be a bit extreme.

seriously doubt it but how much would a wig like this cost for like a commission?

I don't take wig commissions anymore, I'm sorry! Though some of these wigs will be going up for sale, definitely keep an eye on our FB page if you're interested! We'll be updating there.

All of my Iron Wig submissions, unless specified in the challenge, are either only loosely-inspired by a character or completely original! c:

Haha yeah, that was awesome! Though Likes on the FB photos aren't votes, you have to go to the Arda Forums and do so! It was still really cool of them anyway!
