Look look look non-FF character! lol Testing out a wonderful tutorial given to me by Danniellahill . Thank you SO much! I added my own little touches since there wasn't a need for a glow-ball effect like the Rinoa picture I did. I'll build up to making neon streaks eventually. One step at a time! lol. So this in and of itself really was a big help! I totally owe ya for it! It's been a great step toward future pictures ^^

Short summary, i've wanted to do a picture with Fetch for a while anyway since she's one of my fave infamous characters and her hands can glow and all >_> so ta-da simplicity!
