Oh mai, she's a cool one!!! <3333 With the missing eye and the stitched-up look, she looks almost like a rag doll! Hehe, she looks kind of like Scipio with the stitches and that naughty expression on her face ^^
I like the spider web, too... seems kind of symbolic of a web of lies or a web of secrets, and she wants you to just keep it between you and her ;D Hehe, almost like the book revealed some secrets about your characters. It makes a lovely final page!
Also, I love the border! Your lineart fits the mood and style of the pic perfectly! Beautiful, beautiful work! Bravo!
