I actually also like the old lurker as a nice, slightly updated version of the SC1 design, and the new one was just done to be consistent with LotV. For the other drawings though, the new ones are definitely superior. The old void ray's okay, but the defiler and stalker reallly needed to be redone.Related content

I definitely like your lurker better. 
It's hard to say what's best though, since the emphasis has to be on distinct top-down silhouettes (and relatively tiny ones at that). I think I like the updated defiler more; really looks like it was made for slithering around, plotting to do terrible things to clumps of enemy units.

To be honest, I like the SC1 versions of the Lurker and Defiler better. They have something 'old school' on them I like.
The stalker and void ray look more stilyshed now and It's cool like that.
Generally, I feel the designs and artwork of SC2 are too 'exaggerated' and like 'over-the-top'. SC1 was more subtle
