originally this is more serious than what it turned out. i just doodled Gilbird and it cracked me up.so i did last minute changes on the lineart; serious Prussia became the usual Prussia and the focused Germany gone XD
from my actual version, Prussia is looking forward; but when i resized this, it seems like he's looking down. weird.
West! stop wasting ammunitions! let's make them go KABOOM!

not really, but SAI is really nice, when it comes to lines and basic stuffs, but i do hope it have smudge tool. photoshop is great, got lots of tools

Im a noob with it, but so far I haven't been able to find any kind of smudge tool :/ There is that old water tool, that's about as close to a smudge tool as I've found.....But it does seem like a really neat program. Photoshop is really cool too, and thankfully it does have a smudge tool XD
