Ivan Braginski (Russia)my second fave character in Hetalia, cute-adorable-weird. seems weak but freakin stonger than you think.
what i really love about this dude is that he has a tendency to be violent without him noticing it.
a classic snipping pose.
not really sure about the snow since i haven't experience snow ever! i live in a tropical country.

Uh-mm I live in Canada so I guess I can say I'm pretty good with it. You're snow is good on the aspect of the blur. In a snow storm (or that's what I assume you're depicting) that's really all you can see. But you also would see clear snow too. The snow mounts in the back are alright but if you're only going to see them like that then you'd would she more clear snow in your picture. Because you can see Russia (Ivan) clearly you'd be able to see the snow on him and his riffle clearly too. I'd suggest you'd give him a hat (and have snow on that too) and goggles because if it's as bad as you're making it he wouldn't be able to hit anything through all the squinting he'd have to do. Not to mention if you are drawing Russia (Ivan) in Russia than it'd be normal wear to have them. That sort of weather wouldn't be out of the ordinary. One last comment, I would have him laying down because no, this isn't classic sniper pose. Normal pose would be him laying down plus camo' or hiding behind a broken wall or something so the enemy (or potential target) doesn't kill him. Just a quick little comment. Other than that, I am fan girl-ing over this, I love it so much! What program(s) do you use? I am not nearly this good with digital art! One last thing, I am in fact Russian Orthodox and today is Christmas for me so marry Christmas Xiaoyuu!

I can imagine the sniper was a lot of work...
The snow isn't bad at all, but it's a bit unrealistic at his shoulder. And the body seems a bit flat.
