originally this is more serious than what it turned out. i just doodled Gilbird and it cracked me up.so i did last minute changes on the lineart; serious Prussia became the usual Prussia and the focused Germany gone XD
from my actual version, Prussia is looking forward; but when i resized this, it seems like he's looking down. weird.
West! stop wasting ammunitions! let's make them go KABOOM!

Actually, when looking down most scopes, the user appears to be glancing downward.
Even if they happen to be a ill-seated Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) Scope, which i meant to ask... I thought they used crude iron sights for those things...

Get him a Raketenpanzerbusche 42-43 RzB-42-43 (Or famously the Panzerschreke)...or a Panzerfaust will make your day.
If you are really enclined for crazyville...Einztossflammerwerfer (One Throw Flamethrowers) or Luftfaust (Flying Fist) Add a sturmgewehr 44, FG42, MP40 or any other odd ball German World War II weapon...and well it will never be the same.
