Ivan Braginski (Russia)my second fave character in Hetalia, cute-adorable-weird. seems weak but freakin stonger than you think.
what i really love about this dude is that he has a tendency to be violent without him noticing it.
a classic snipping pose.
not really sure about the snow since i haven't experience snow ever! i live in a tropical country.

Wow, this is one of the most beautiful image I've ever seen of him! I like the composition, it is simple but of great effect, it fucuses the chracter so well! I loved how you did the snow, and its effect of blur in the foreground. I like the pose and his concentred gaze while preparing at shooting, and also the snow on the gun tells us that he is taking a bit of time to shoot, and I think this highlights more his concentration. Oh and the tilt of the end is wonderful. And i totally love the colours, I'm gonna study your colouring process trying to learn something ^^
Just one thing.. I would have prefered if the images was bigger, to enjoy more the details

originally, this was a huge image, i always draw in large resolution, but i noticed that when you shrink a large image, teh details would be sharper and errors isnt that obvious and another reason is that some of my artworks are stolen, even though i put my watermark and sig, its easier to remove it when its a large image

This is a really cool picture. The character looks very focused and the pose looks natural. Your choice of colors look very good together and the details are lovely (especially in the sniper rifle). The background is simple but looks very real and natural: it doesn't distract from the main focus of the image but instead adds something to it. The snow looks like snow so no need to worry about that.
