Description Wow, this tutorial was fun and easy to make its not the best result, but its a start for beginners.

Noise filter, use options gaussian and monochromatic.

I like the tutorial, but whenever I use render>clouds, it just generates a huge block image of clouds with 1 color that isnt what i used in the colors. Do you know how I could fix this? Am i doing anything wrong?

Change thecolors of the forgeround and the background from black and white, to any other colors.

I cant find a brush anything like the one you used in the tutorial, I have adobe photoshop elements 5,

Is it possible to download the brush or something?

Use adobe photoshop cs2. adobe elements isnt as powerful as cs2.

the stars are done in 2 ways, you can either download star brushes, or you can do it through filters and brushing it up.
