I did an OCT in the past and had a lot of fun making comics ^^

Went back and forth on who to choose for this OCT and it was a close call between Millie and Bee XD
In the end, I went with my precious girl Millie <3

Age: Appears 5 when transformed
Height | Weight: 3'3 | 42 lbs

Gender: Cis female
Personality:
Millie is politely curious about the world she's suddenly aware of. A little off put with people she doesn't know suddenly approaching her or being too friendly but she'll be nice until given reason not to. Though she's developed a tolerance to chaotic activity with Bugbe, she's not to fond of those who bend the rules and cause damage. She likes reading and watching stories in action. Sometimes she acts a little cheeky when she knows she's right. She has a fleeting feeling that there's something more to this world and to herself but for right now, she's pleased with slowly learning about everything.

Brings people/objects into the pages
Brings objects/characters/settings out of their stories
ie. First aid items
Give wearer traits of characters from books
Requires a good memory/book for reference
ie. Fairy wings
Stronger with necklace but doesn’t require it anymore
3-4 effects maintained at a time & 20 feet range w/o necklace
9-12 effects maintained & 60 feet range w/ necklace

Manifest Magic
Create a soft shield/aura to decrease the damage of an attack. Not that strong

Fairy magic (like pixie dust and fairy wings)

A light read. Like a kid friendly encyclopedia and scout book
Extra: She has a nice singing voice and will often sing along to music she likes. Says she doesn't like to show off but is really happy when others compliment her.
The fairy wings she has is transformed from her cape. It's made of magic and disappears when it's hit or if she loses concentration.
