First time doing this since it's the first time I drew stuff and uploaded all year round. XDJanuary - trying out digital semi-realistic stuff
February - NOTHING. Because this was a pretty busy month at uni, I think. Nnnng.
March - This is where the DAO art binge began. xD
April - Still continuing with DAO art binge. Still groping for my lost style. Lost it during the period at uni wherein I didn't draw for myself so much.
May - this is when I created most of my favorite work. This is also the month I started to get back to my style. Started making comics here. Edric was also unveiled this month.
June - Getting there in terms of my old style. DW began.
July - DW. Some more Morri/Edric
August - DW with some sideart. Got my style down in here.
September: DW heavy month. Because I had my old style down, I started tweaking it, improving it.
October - More DAO/DW stuff. Started playing around again.
November - Uni started again. Nothing much here. XD
December - just started. But definitely my style is different from when I first started drawing DW.

Actually, I haven't quite gotten done with designing Edric in april. I only finalized it two months later, so he looks very different in the piece.Β

Well, canonically in the bioware universe, it's a boy. But when I was writing DW, that wasn't canon yet. And a lot of Morrigan stories already featured a son, so I wanted to explore the female option. It actually opens a lot more of interesting plot points in my opinion.Β

It really did make an interesting story, but I must say it again, that piece of work had such charm and Mystery that I just keep returning to look at it,Can't wait for the DW to continueΒ

It's fascinating to see how an artist's style evolves.
Looking at each month, I'd have to say March, May, and September through December are my favorite.
If you unveiled Edric in May, when did you actually create him (As in; when did you play his character in-game, what did he originally look like, etc.)? The picture in the March box is 'Aedan and Morrigan' I think, so am I right in guessing he wasn't your first Warden? I'm curious to know the whole behind-the-scenes process of making Edric's character. Got any other Wardens stashed away?

Aedan was Edric 0.5 xD He was essentially Edric, but I haven't gotten down that look I want for him yet, and I hadn't gotten around naming him "Edric." The real Edric started with my playthrough on my own desktop (since I was playing on my laptop haha). I've got a city elf, a male DN, and a female mage stashed away. xD Though I haven't gotten through finishing them all. Haha. Shame on me! Too focused on good old Eddie.

Majority of this year had me rediscovering my style in truth, hence the different styles. xD
Maybe one day you'll even be greater. Who knows. As long as you have the drive to continuously improve. n___n
