Heh, Tobito doing some magic stuff so Cody can get in water, involuntarily but hey, least it's not deep water at all~
Just silly idea that sprung to mind from stuff that friends did heh, hot tub and hot spring shenanigans!
It was fun to draw this one, the poses gave me a slightly hard time heh, the background was something new to experiment with as well~
