Description
These are some portraits from my Castlevania Campaign Setting for Dungeons & Dragons role game.(It's like Ravenloft but with obvious references.)
__________
The Palatka Hill Dilemma:
Governor Basil is a strange man full of manias and tics. For example he tends to refer to himself as "we" and his sentences are followed with the phrase "Tic-tac".
He is in charge of a small city called Palatka Hill, he is a man with many secrets to hide. He is a serial killer up to eradicate all bards and artists in his city. Nobody knows who the killer is, for that reason that's a town with no artists, no music, no writers.
A few months ago, he got an eye operation. The operation is actually a forbidden arcane ritual to give him magic powers.
Adam Elias, a young violinist virtuoso, was his last victim. Unfortunately for Basil not even dead silent this boy. A few days ago he returned from his grave, seeking revenge against the man who killed him.
Jason Conrad is a new bard in town. Although he knows the rumor about the serial killer, he is up to challenge destiny and luck.

I knew he was a zombie! EAT HIS BRAIN!
I do love zombies, particularly intelligent ones.

Yes, he is a confused zombie. He knows he is dead, but he can't tell who killed him.

Oh no, that is just a plot. When you play Dungeons and Dragons the Game Master finish the rest of the story depending on what the characters do.
