Round 2

Being a total idiot I had Jitters using a beauty move during round 1, which I was supposed to hold off on for round 2. With Rotom's limited move set of beauty moves I decided that turning him into a Wash Forme Rotom for the round couldn't hurt, especially since Rotom's different forms are where most of the beauty moves come from anyways.

Anyways if you haven't guessed yet, Jitters is using Hydro Pump as you can tell by the sorta ugly sloshy water there. As for the funky background, I was kinda going for an advertisement look to it since Jitters is kinda a washer machine now.

Was originally going to feed his sinister side by having him use Hydro Pump inside his center to "wash" (a.k.a. tear apart) all the delicate formal clothing worn in the last round. I may very well go back and redo it as such, but for now we have this.
