Description
New work: Tianyuraptor ostromi, dromaeosaurid from Yixian formation. The plumage is recreated on the basis of close relatives (Zhenyuanlong). but the bloody sideburns - a purely speculative addition. I tried to draw a more interesting plumage than is often portrayed.Related content

Ironically, the neck (and a little bit on the tail) is the one place from Tianyuraptor that we do have feather impressions from: dinoweb.ucoz.ru/_fr/2/0900402.…

Hmm. I've seen this photo. It's undescribed dromaeosaur, if I remember correctly. Although similar.
If he is, I'm still not going to rush to fix the job. As I recall, the holotype has not been discovered with prints of feathers. If anything, let the dinosaur in the photo was female. I drew a male.
