Description New environmental work: predatory pelycosaur Sphenacodon ferox lonely walks over the stony ground of the early Permian period in the territory of new Mexico (USA).

EDIT: Added stripes on the tail and some spots on the body.

I agree. Most non-mammals synapsid too rarely portrayed. Most only know about gorgonopsians and Dimetrodon (and in the wrong vision). Because they appeared in popular science and science fiction movies.
