Quasimodo was one of my favorite Disney characters of all time growing up... and still today. This is an awesome rendering of him (not to mention absolutely adorable XD )
I found this through a random search... I didn't think it'd pop up under "Victor" but if you're thinking Victor Hugo, then it makes sense.
