Great Icons! Try to create icons for Doc, Xls, Ppt and all Office Files.
Office 07 will use this extension: DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, ... create icons also for these files, its will be greatest!

The icons are beautifully designed... however your paper "crease" in the corner is somehow confusing to the eye and its 3D effect can also be interpreted as a bump "into" the paper (very hard to explain.... sorry).
What you might consider is a diagonal line that indicates the backside of the paper.
