Are you talking about the lines or the orbs? The Lines are made with a 1px soft brush with the same color outerglow as the 1px brush color and the orbs are made with any size, for example this ones about 150px yellow hard then make it smaller make a color thats a bit ligher and dab it right in the middle or to the right a bit like above then take a larger soft round brush same color ( yellow ) and dab it right over it set it to lighten or w.e you prefer (:
