a lot of things can resolf to depression not eat enough dont sleep enough dont move enough even not eating enough fish can lead to depression eat atleast something evry 3 hours try to sleep 8 hours a night and do atleast 15 - 30 mins of movement a day 👍: 0 ⏩: 1

yeah thats a bit tricky ^^ guide lines 1 raw sketch 2 outline 3 erase 1 2 background 1 colors 2 merge 2>1 shading 2 merge 2>1 detailed shading/aditional shading 2 Merge 2>1 details 2 merge 3>2>1 -done- lawl thats quite a rotation xD
