Stephanie! She is so cool. I encountered a woman cosplaying her at a Con, and we did an impromptu duet of "Cooking By the Book".
Still though, Robbie Rotten is totally my fav from that show.

Oh man this is what you call a can of worms lad, hell this girl is everywhere regarding Rule 34 or any farce on the net (or YouTube). Anycase yeah it was a kids show but compliments on being so successful for rendering her into your own style, wow.
Notice too you seem to use a dark shade of pink on her, probably to show a more change of age but still looking like the pink haired character everybody seems to know about, lol.
