One could be acquired through petition to the Sanctus Phainein through this medium or one of the many through the EGO website. Although, once one has such a device in their possession your genetic code will be imprinted onto it should it be used against those of the Empire or it's allies. Furthermore, the residue essence from the device will slowly alter your mind. However this process is quite harmless. As the Red Fork was the result of the first spark that created the Multi-verse, the spark of the flint onto a classified substance activates the five reactors which then draw Essence from the copper tube.
