It surprised me none of the girls went to see what happened, none of them felt slightly guilty for being... expose, well okay maybe that wasn't there fault! It was the girl's side after all xD but Kouta a kid, and was only trying to help, I can't decide whether he got lucky or he was just too young to witness all the girls naked xDHowever, here Nozomi climbed out of the hot springs feeling somewhat guilty... it doesn't occur to her it was on the boy side that Kouta fell.. and someone on the boy's side would've taken him to Mandaylay. Once she arrives the girl was all panicky, but then everything was forgotten, she wasn't sure why she was there when noticing Izuku Midoriya only covered by a towel and so was she! they both got very flustered and didn't know what to do.

One they probably called asking if everyone was okay, two they probably didn't realize that he fell so hard, three The camera cut away before we actually saw what happened after he fell.

That's actually a cultural thing in Japan, family members bath together when they are younger and its not seen as big deal for a boy to be on the girls side If he's young enough.

I was amazed how utterly ripped Deku was in that scene (much bigger than he was during the pool episode), I can only imagine the effect that would have on the ladies in this class.
