Noa intentions was to get Kei straight out after the first experiment but the facility was a lot harder to come by and her only advantage was them believing she was part of the organisation for a certain amount of time as for her connections. Despite her blue hair she was able to sneak into the next room where Kei was left because she needed his help; to locate her father who is also an Ajin. Once she was about to kill Kei though so he could reset, her plans were sabotage by the alarms caused by Sato.

She had to leave before Sato could find the room, one day she will definitely confront him though as he knows about her dad. Quickly, she added a tracking device; the types that pierce your skin that went in the back of his neck. She then needed to escape, before bumping into Kei's supposed hero.
