Idk I'd prefer Kisshu. I mean the guy literally betrays his own race and planet, then dies for her. Then he loves her so much he's willing to let her go, wishing her happiness. I think that's dedication at it's finest.
Meanwhile Masaya is sorta boring popular guy who has like 60 options of women and chooses her, he tries to destroy the planet, then when everything is said and done he has Ichigo move to England with him to study.
Both aren't really "ideal," and Kisshu's relationship if they did get together wouldn't be even REMOTELY healthy. But hey he's dedicated xD
