Description
The Duchy of Karelia has been a renowned treacle producer for many centuries- written accounts of excavation sites and mines date back as far as the 5th century. Karelian Highland Treacle™ stands apart from other available molasses- based products due to the fact it isn't produced in a factory enviornment, but instead mined from a rich seam located at the foot of the Carpoeth Yellow Mountains. Although the treacle industry nowadays is mostly controlled by big corporations, some things remain unchanged- many miners still choose to wear the traditional goat-hair poncho and Porcelain-Faced Ponies are frequently used in older, narrower mineshafts. The raw treacle ore is brought up to the surface and transported by Rail-Sky services to processing plants. It is in these large-scale factories where companies such as TREACL-CORP grind it, liquify it or combine it with an assortment of gases to make the infamous treacolonium-dioxide aerosols.
