Haha, So I had fun and wanted to Darw a cute little Dark Mew.
cuz Mew is adorable... so this is SORT OF like fanart to cuz I saw her little Dark Mew and had to draw it to practice shading.

Really? Haha a shiny sounds like fun to draw. I only ever caught one shiny in I think my Pokemon Silver game and it was a bellsprout or something. Haha

What'd you do for that swirly stuff?

a special paint brush, highlightinf areas and erasing a few more with varied opacity and size to overlay. and I added a glow to it to make the light pop arouond the feature.
