On a serious note, I don't put people's OCs (even to a lesser extent, mine) against each other cause that's pretty stupid, everyone has different calibers, levels, tiers, skills and so forth. Example: those who base their OCs on anime characters/shows usually are considered to be ridiculously overpowered when compared to those who grounded on a militarily realistic/science based approach. I know good and bad balance when i see it. Can't have an amazing advantage without a major disadvantage, at least imo. Just the way i work really.
