I think it's a graphic representation of how awful, bizarre and frightening thoughts can don on you in an instant.

I sketched it out a few times on little post-it notes before settling on this design. I figured that the triangle was the shape that differed the most drastically from that of a human head.

The closely grouped eyes add to the unsettling vibe... If you suffer from Trypophobia (fear of closely packed holes) I apologize I suppose.
