She's so wet... Nicely done, another beauty render with Bryce and I'm not only talking about the character. The atmosphere is very convincing and I really like your rain effect.

Nice rain effect and wet cloth material... but the girl looks slightly tall, comparing to trees

She might be tall or the trees are small, or it's just the perspective.
Thanks for the comment!

I think that's the best job of making wet clothing I've ever seen.

Excellent job of making wet clothing! How did you handle the transparency?

Handling transparency is very easy in Bryce.
Thanks for the comment!

Oh, no, I meant matching it to your fabric sim. I'd assume that you couldn't paint it on after the sim, right? And it looks dynamic? I'm just curious how one makes a wetness transparency map for a piece of dynamic clothing

The dress is a very simple dynamic dress, modeled in Wings3d; uv mapped using the free UV-Mapper tool.
Texture is a seamless tiled and upscaled image of fabric texture (created using an image editor, actually just grit). Setting transparency about 60%, bump about 5%, glossiness about 50%, reflection about 5%. (Though I'm not longer sure about the correct setting, I did just play around with the material editor).
At last a little bit post processing.
The texture of the skin and the lighting is also very important to make the wetness believable!
