EDIT: I am no longer affiliated with the group, and neither is this picture. I've recently had a falling out with the group's founder, partially over the horribly restrictive rules of the group. I am not encouraging anyone to take action against this one way or the other, just announcing that I have stepped away from the group and no longer allow myself or my artwork to remain affiliated with it or said founder.

HA! I DID IT! TAKE THAT, AMBIGUOUS DEADLINE THAT I THINK IS COMING UP SOON!

Alright, so first off: HAPPY YEAR OF THE DRAGON, EVERYBODY! Wow, can you believe it's been twelve years since Spyro 3 came out? (Nyeurgh, I'm so old.)

Anyway, in honor of this momentous occasion (and because I'm a glutton for punishment), I decided to enter [name removed]'s SpyroxAmDrag contest. The rules? Make a MASSIVE picture depicting how our favorite dragon heroes celebrate the Year of the Dragon.

(There were bonus points for logically incorporating both...so knowing my art skills, I went for the bonus points.)

Unfortunately, this picture was supposed to be a LOT bigger, but finals are being a you-know-what in my you-know-where, so I had to cut back on the details. The picture was supposed to include Hunter and Spud rocketing away on one of the fireworks rockets with Agent 9 and Trixie and Bianca watching them spiral to their doom. However, now that I step back and look at the finished product, I like this version. Keeps the focus right where it belongs - on the dragons.

(I didn't cut ALL of that idea, though. Look close - when you see it, you'll know.)

And yeah, Fireworks Factory. Does it get any more than Fireworks Factory? The answer to that is no, especially when we're celebrating the Year of the Dragon.

Anyway, there she is. Wish me luck, guys! (I'm not in it for any of the prizes - this is really just more of my way of compensating for not updating my Spyro fanfiction, especially now that all of my work is gone - but still!)
