That`s one hardcore light pollution. Interestingly enough North Korea is one of the few countries nowadays with almost no light pollution, on the contrary to South Korea. But that is one of the very very few good things one could ever say about North Korea.
I just hope the Korean people can be united like the Germans could, most people would not have guessed that either, and Korea - unlike Germany - has a history of 1000 years of unity.

The double reflection adds a really nice touch and dimension. The lights of the buildings are bright and striking and draw your attention quite nicely. Beautiful image

;_; Because of all the light pollution in Korea, if you look up at night in Korea you can't see stars..

The photo is very interesting, well composed and sharp, but my mind is thinking that this represents an incredible waste of energy (and tons of CO2 in the atmosphere)

Beautiful! I love the reflection of the city in the water, and the gradation of white to black in the background.

I have to admit it's beautiful sight but I agree that light pollution takes away the better scenery of the night sky and stars. I am lucky to see some in the sky, where I live.
