The London Eye is a really hard thing to capture on film because of it's childish, yet very haunting nature.
Having seen it in person, I believe that you caught its carnival-gone-wrong aura perfectly.

love the perspective and shadowing. it doesn't feel like there's any wasted space at all. either a naturally great photo or an excellent crop. it feels like the building, plants, and walkway give it such awesome texture, too. so many elements, including the trees and the pair walking by. very lovely and timeless.
