Awesome shot as always. Can you tell me which ND filter you used? Did you use just one? Also, what time of the day do you normally shoot these long exposure photos?

I have 3 different filters for long exposure photography: Hoya ND400, Hoya IR72 (this one was used here), and Heliopan ND 3.0.
