Tough as nails Boa Hancock with the concept face tattoo.The reason for her being naked: I suck at thinking up clothes and her clothing in Oda's concept art was too hard to make out. She also wasn't wearing earrings in the concept art.
Why her hair isn't as dark as it should be: dark hair takes time and graphite, and graphite smudges.
