The horn ring is a some kind of clan attribute, required to wear everywhere on public. Every "clan" of dragonponies has its own ring.
The necklace is a communicative device powered by tiny magic crystals. Just like a smartphone c: And yes, this species live in some futuristic setting with antigravity technologies and so on. Though dragonpony "clans" are a bit separate from pony community: they live in some remote places and have pretty eccentric manners and lifestyle. Just a work-in-progress headcanon ^^

Also she have some magic: basic spells like telekinesis or light, but twice as powerful than regular unicorns' magic because of two emitters (horns). It's balanced by restriction to only basic spells which using some rough "raw" power, no fancy high-level sophisticated magic. Specialisation: electric magic (no uber-spells though, just above-average level and 2x power species's bonus), attacking and defensive.
Gender: female.
Omnivore.
Temperament: calm, appeasable.
Likes gadgets and has an interest in vehicles, though she know not really much about them. Thinking to go to university and become an electrician specialist. She lived in the clan before, but currently she left it an lives somewhere near the big city.
I think that's all for now ^^' I'll try to generate a name for her asap.
