Here's the doll version of Chibiusa and her team in their eternal form. I know in the manga, she has stars on her brooch, the belt, her tiara jewel and her boots akin to both the Inner and Outer Senshis. I kept the tiara gem and brooch the same, but also added crescent moons on her boots and belt.I know Ceres is supposed to be in a pink fuku with a purple bow. I chose for her to be in a yellow fuku with a pink bow. As Ceres' Amazon stone and aura are yellow, it makes more sense to keep her in that color. She, Pallas, Juno and Vesta don't have lines or stars on their boots due to their position as senshis-in-training.

I love how the Asteroid Quartet has to earn their lines or stars.
Usagi's Senshi had to earn all of their upgrades, it bugs me how the (starter?) Fuku of the Asteroids has so many elements of the eternal form (which is the most powerful form in the manga), it looks like if they automatically start on a higher level than the Inners and Outers did which isn't fair.
The Quartet might be ChibiUsa's official team, but I imagine that they are slighty weaker than the Inners and Outers anyway, because asteroids are smaller celestial objects than planets (Sailor Moon and ChibiMoon are the exception from the rule, a satellite/ moon senshi should be weaker than both planet and asteroid senshi, but the Earth's moon is a special case anyway).
Ceres looks really good in the yellow Fuku.
I personally prefer Naoko's version with Ceres in a pink Fuku, because then the Asteroid Quartet's main Fuku colour is their hair colour too, something they have in common with their princess and leader, ChibiMoon.
At least in the 90s Anime Pluto and Uranus doesn't have matching Fuku and aura colours: Pluto's aura colour is garnet/ burgundy (sometimes even purpleish) while black is the main colour of her Fuku. And her tiara gem and the centre jewel of her front bow are garnet too, while the other Senshi have their tiara gem + front bow jewel in a slighty ligher or darker colour than their main Fuku colour (Mercury: light blue centre jewel, Venus: light orange/yellowish centre jewel, Mars: dark red centre jewel).
Sailor Uranus is unique too: She has a yellow/ golden aura while the main colour of her Fuku is navy (and even her tiara gem + the front bow jewel are a darker shade of blue).
On the other hand, in the manga reborn Sailor Pluto's front bow jewel is black and there's no hint that Uranus' aura colour is yellow/ golden, it's most likely light blue/ or even blueish white. So at least in Pluto's case Naoko changed her colour sheme to match the other Senshi.
So in my 90s anime Sailorverse I took the same liberties the 90s anime creators (SMCrystal too) did: My 90s anime Sailor Ceres has a pink Fuku with a purple front bow while her tiara gem + front bow jewel are both yellow (she sticks out just like Puto). The other Asteroid Quartet members all have their gemstones in a darker shade of their main Fuku colour (the Quartet's gemstones are all in the colour of their Amazon Stones). In my 90s Anime Sailorverse the Asteroid Quartet doesn't start with their manga Fuku but with a normal/ basic Fuku (the classic one the Inners and Outers have worn before they gained their Super forms).
But in my Manga Sailorverse Ceres tiara gem + front bow jewel are light pink.
But your version is nice too, it's allways interesting to see how fellow Saior Moon fans interpret (and change) things.

Apollo, he's my cat guardian for Ceres. He gives her the Light Compact to transform into Sailor C(using the Mercury prototype uniform as it's one of my favorites from the Sailor Moon prototypes)
For me, the reason that I put Ceres in a yellow fuku is because her amazon stone and aura are yellow. To me, it makes more sense for me to put her in yellow than in a pink fuku. She could wear it while in disguise as Chibiusa who is the Moon Princess of the Future Silver Millennium. Ceres gains the Moon Sword after completing her training with Minako/Sailor Venus/Princess Aphrodite/Queen Aphrodite on Venus.
In my version, although they have the Eternal forms, it's not their true versions. The Asteroids have the collar with no stripes like the Outers, the skirts with a white belt like both them and the Inner Senshis' beginning forms. While they have white boots and their respective line colors, they don't have a star on them. Same thing with the choker. As a result, the Asteroid Senshi are much weaker in that form because they're senshis-in-training and doesn't have full control of their powers. They don't gain their true Eternal forms until after they completed their training and their rebirth in which they gain their normal hairstyles.

Good choice on the Sailor C Fuku part, Mercury's prototype design is one of my favorites too, it's the most elegant of the prototypes. Sadly Jupiter's is my least favorite (those feathers are strange).
That's why I said your version is nice too, I think Ceres (or the Asteroids in general) have many aspects about them that can be interpreted differently and even changed without changeing the original story too much. Like if they will be reborn in the 30th century, if they are or will be biological siblings, if they will have a more normal hair style. Some fans even make them the future daughters of the Inners and Shitennou, that's a cute idea too and it is not impossible. I changed Ceres too in my 90s anime Sailorverse and I don't feel too wrong about it 
I like the idea of them being Senshi-in-Training. ChibiUsa is one too and it makes sense for a Senshi to have a "rookie" state. Not to mention that the Asteroids are young girls and they can be Senshi-in-Training because thankfully there are full fledged Senshi that can train and guide them. Not to mention that the Asteroids have a clear mission: To protect Crown Princess Lady Serenity of the Neo/ Crystal Silver Millenium. And they are the successors of the Inner Senshi and even have similar powers (once again Ceres is a special case here) so them being the Inners students makes sense and is most likely true.

Yep. He has a human form he goes into after Ceres/Botan's rebirth. If the Asteroids are reborn, it's likely I'm keeping them together as sisters

We did that to for Ceres in a Sailor Moon RPG I was a part of....she would be a decoy with the pink hair and all but have her own personal fuku

or leaving their hairs styles so goofy looking... Ceres's hair look sort of normal....I always thought the way they looked(outfits and hair wise) was because they were forced to be agents of the Dead Moon Circus to they were corrupted....when they became senshi their hair should have changed as well(Since their outfits did) Something less odd looking to match their personalities and titles...

For me, I'd give Ceres a bun with a yellow ribbon and long curly hair
Pallas has a bun with mid-length hair
Vesta as long red hair up in a ponytail
Juno would have her hair up in a braid
