I have been working on this drawing for about two weeks. I have to say I'm very thrilled with how it turned out. I felt like I needed to draw something for myself. I finished this just in time for my birthday, which means that this drawing is totally my birthday present to myself.
A few weeks ago, I saw an old style Chevy Impala in person that looked identical to the one that Dean drives in Supernatural. I knew on that day that I had to draw the characters and feature the car somehow.
Done in prismacolor pencil on 22x18 sized paper.

I used prismacolor pencils for this one. It requires a lot of layering of color to get things to really "pop". I also used a kneaded eraser, and an electric eraser.

WOW. this is incredible! maybe it's just me but colored shading is extremely difficult. I want to frame this and hang it up

Haha - I also wanted to frame it and hang it up... I did get it framed, but I haven't actually put it on the wall. I'm not taking any chances; it's currently my baby.

Thank you! I know what it's like when I see thumbnails, thinking it's digital, and then realizing it's a traditional work. I prefer traditional artwork, even though I appreciate both. Traditional artwork is special to me.
