do you think it would work if i used uccw widget hotspots on apex launcher?

I don't think it would because Apex still uses Grids. You wouldn't be able to put the widget right on top of the icon, or the icon right on top of the bar. Plus, you'd need Apex Pro to overlap widgets, cause if you don't overlap them you won't be able to put most of the widgets on your HS.

You can try resizing the PSD file in Photoshop to your phone's size

i've done it now heh but im having a problem with desktop visualizer
when i try to resize it so its tiny
when i reach the tiniest
i let go
and it makes the widget ultra long
and when i try to remove it
sslauncher crashes :<

Can you try instead of using Desktop Visualizer, an UCCW Hotspot? Maybe that'll work. I've had some issues with Desktop Visualizer too when I resize it like make it really small. Other than that, you could remove the tiny icons on the PSD and save them as individual icons instead and then apply them using Desktop Visualizer.

i just resized it a pixel bigger than the smallest size with the fine tuner joystick thingi heh!
and the weather doesn't seem incredibly accurate - heh
i might install minimalistic text for some of them
