You'd think that a self-portrait would be the easiest damn thing to draw since you look at your subject matter on a daily basis and have done so for years. But yeah, trying to draw yourself is one of the toughest things to draw. Welp, if your cartoon self is at all accurate, you're quite a cutie. Β

It's an unusual mix of awkwardness in the facial features and feminine colors.
It would actually make a person question your gender, I think you must be seriously overanalyzing certain features.

Sounds about right. Β In high school I drew a whole heap of terrifying creatures and brutal fight scenes, so when a friend wanted me to draw things like a cartoon dancing banana it would come out all freaky and buff.
In comparison, your versatility is inspiring.

I really like the pink border on the outside of the hair. Just pulls the color throughout the entire thing and creates a nice balance, and pink is awesome.

BEAUTIFUL maybe one day we'll get to see the real face as well x'D jk good job though!! your art sorta borders between real life and cartoon so we can still get a pretty good idea of what you look like from this, which was the point so AMAZING!! XD

Niro, you inspired me to be a deviant.
I want to be honest here, as many people say this to get a watch, or respect, but I don't want anything.
I just want you to know that your art is what has kept me going through a lot of rough times. (In no situation was I broke or anything, but my brother died and that was tough)
But looking back at everything you draw makes me realize how much you mattered. (And, still do. 
I wouldn't be on Deviantart at all if it wasn't for seeing your art a while back. <3

I've been feeling better, it's been a little over a month. He'd written a note telling us to not blame anyone for what he'd done, which made me feel better about it.
