Coloring isn't bad but it definitely could be better. I see that the light source isn't determined. Because of that there isn't many shades on the hair and her shirt. And the only shading on the skin is under her neck. You should think about lights and shadows before coloring. It would definitely look more interesting if there were more shades.

I also see the linework of her shoulder from under her hair. It could be a simple mistake but you should be more careful next time.
