Plumber Rule #6 - Never Give Up

I'm going to make a series of Plumber rules for the "Red" and "Green" Plumbers. Idk how many though lol.

Like i said above "Never Give Up" , the pic is of Mario in a dire situation against "Insert name here". As you can see he's on the verge of losing. But we all know our Mustached Hero isn't going down without a fight! He picks up his hat and takes out the "Cape Feather" power-up, which he is going to use for Round 2!
