Summer Time Fun XDWell this is for summer contest.
I just love this pic, i think i did a good job bringing out the characters.
Key fact Whiskers can't swim. So to counter act the problem, Whiskers wears a tuba to float in the water. Actually Lexi forced Whiskers to wear it because she had to rescue him from drowning XD
Whiskers' friend Lexington "Lexi" Moonbeam the Arctic Fox (full name) is there hanging with him. She actually edged him on to have a splash fight and Whiskers is currently attacking XD

this looks really good, the only thing that u could change is his arm splashing, it look like theres 2 arms, lol

well the idea was to make it like he was rapidly splashing water with his hand so i made the hand that was in the transition (the hand in the middle) faded more. Since he's hand would be there for the shortest about of time compared to the other two spots. And Thank you XD
