I remember though in Major Boobage the kids used Mr.Kitty for cheesing, which is something that can only be done with male cats. So I think Mr. Kitty's sex is just one more inconsistent thing on the show (you know like with Token&Clyde's last names, Kyle's status as a ginger, Clyde's colostomy, Clyde's mom's name, etc)
