omg, that's what i dedicate my life too. my main goal is to pair everyone i love together and get the babies, the next goal is the story!
i loved hoshido, but i'm liking the conquest side more...

I like the Nohrian designs better but I haven't gotten to conquest yet. Since I'm a newbie I decided to go Birthright - Conquest - Revelations. XD
I haven't played many games in recent years due to the circumstances making it impossible to have time/money, so I'm just getting back into it. I haven't played any warriors games but I've heard they are pretty much all the same hack and slash? They look pretty at least lol

well, you're following the correct sequence! it helps with the story line if you play it that way.
i mean, i loved birthright as well, but i'm just loving conquest more - but that's also due to me already having experienced the story in birthright and now i'm getting another POV on it.

yep! it's all pretty much just hacking away at enemies and having that feeling of being a badass lol. but this time, you can do it with fire emblem characters! they've been branching out their brand, first with dragon quest, then zelda, now fire emblem. it's quite interesting. i'm sad there will be little or no strategy in it now, but it's still fun just mindlessly swatting away at people~
i believe Izana does not have one since he's just randomly given to the player. but i could be wrong. i think his only s - rank option is with your oc... but don't take my word, as it's been a while since i've played! ( i also believe that because of that, he does not come wrapped with a child character besides your child if you decide to 'do' him )
i usually just have people pair together and whoever has the cutest interactions i pair together~
and then after that, when i replay, i kinda try to pair them with who i think the 'canon' parent is. since the children sometimes have traits/looks of specific characters that the designer kinda thought fit ( i guess? ). but some kids are hard to tell!
and omg yes. Jakob was my first choice for Hoshido. such a babe, and i think i have that whole 'someone serving me' fantasy going on. something about him referring to me as master lol. and i thought the pool of males would be lowered on the Hoshido side since some of your party members are your relatives, but apparently that doesn't matter and you can still marry them...

My avatar ended up marrying Silas because... it was painfully obvious he was in love with her at a young age and I just didn't have the heart... but Jakob and Lyneth (my avatar) are just really good... flirty friends I guess? 
Ah ok then just Jakob. Just gotta get Hana to beat his ass a little. Tear him off his high horse and beat him with a wooden Katana a bit. LOL

Not by blood, anyway. Mikoto was their step mom, and Sumeragi isn't the avatar's bio-dad. He's step-dad!
(I haven't beaten it yet but Ryoma and Hinoka mentioned that you were a newborn when Mikoto married their father. Ryoma tries really hard to make Mikoto feel loved and welcomed, but Hinoka was a lil brat about it at first. Something she regretted.)

omg yes, Silas. * v * ) i adored him as well! i thought he was the sweetest, and i ended up pairing him up with Camilla ( for my own conceitedness and so that they may both be devoted to me haha ) he is adorable, at first i hated him too. but his friendship ranks really caused me to become mush for him... i kinda regretted not going for him during my second run ( i went with Kaze cause i'm dumb... ) i realize later that naive hot guys don't really do it for me anymore...
yeah, he's a jerk to like everyone. it's great. lol. it's weird that they choose this aspect for him, especially when he's so close to your oc lol. i had expected them to put someone kind and helpful ( and hot ) - but i really like what they did with him and made him stick out. tho i don't understand his fetish with making tea...
[ admittingly, i was very disappointed with a lot of interactions between characters and how plain they are...

ah yeah, i remember that lol - this was more my thouhts when i first began to play and notice this. it's more of a preference thing ( and how i RP ), even if they aren't blood related for me, i believe most of this backstory isn't specifically mentioned besides through friend ranks ( tho i might be wrong ). either way, they were to be raised as siblings. tho, to go against my 'argument', i should feel more like this towards Xander and Leo as they were actually raised to be like siblings rather than oc's Hoshido's step siblings. ( tho, RP wise i have exceptions to this situation! ) it's still just weird to me, and i only made the exception for Xander for reasons, and he's such a sweetheart~
i'm not the biggest on wincest ( there are exception lol ), or the illusion of wincest. but with anime it's diff for me i guess, mostly cause in anime everyone kinda looks alike due to art style rather than human - like faces smooching each other. XD i have some weird views...

and she is my fave as well! i typically don't like female who are knights or wear tons of armor, but i absolutely adored effie and wish she got more a prominent role haha. ( but then again, i wish this for many fe characters... D; )
